The majority of the properties that we manage are in HOAs therefore we have very strong guidelines in place ensure that the property and the renter is in compliance with the HOA and municipalities rules and regulations.
In order to stay in compliance with your HOA and Local Municipality…
- The property owner should notify your HOA, City, County Tax Office, and Municipality of your updated mailing address and contact information to ensure you receive any necessary correspondence.
- It is important not to rely on the tenant to save your mail.
- If you receive any communication from the HOA or Municipality related to your rental property, please scan/forward it to our team email address.
- This includes:
- Community Updates - Club House/Pool Updates/Maintenance
- Tenant Violations
- Property Violations
- Maintenance Needed
- Fee Changes or Increases if we are paying your bills
- Once we receive the email, your Account Manager will confirm receipt, review the information, and handle it according to our detailed procedures. This may include updating the tenant on community updates or addressing and mitigating tenant or property violations.
