Please follow these steps to submit a rental application:
- Go to our website and select Search Rentals.
- On the rental listing, click the link at the bottom right that says "Submit an Application".
- Fill out the application form and provide all the required information and supporting documents.
- Before you begin:
We will process all completed applications along with the necessary supporting documentation. However, we cannot proceed with any application until all supporting documentation is provided. (See Attachment Instructions below)
- On average, it takes 1-2 business days to process each application. The processing time depends on how quickly we receive the requested supporting documentation from each applicant. If the processing team requests any supporting documents, all requested documents must be provided by the end of the business day. Otherwise, we will move on to the next applicant.
- Please note that once the team starts processing "your" application, it may take 1-2 days to complete the process. There may be other applications in the queue that will be reviewed before yours. If another applicant is approved before your application is reviewed, your application fees will be refunded.
- Once an application is approved, the applicant must provide TouchPoint Property Management with a non-refundable holding deposit within 24 hours to secure the property. This deposit will be applied to your first month's rent and/or move-in fees at move-in.
