Assuming the HOA is not responsible for the property’s lawn maintenance…

The tenants are responsible for Basic Lawn Care on the rental property

Basic lawn Care consists of:

• Mowing
• Edging
• Weeding
• Watering
• Leaf Removal
• Basic Shrub trimming
• Cleaning and removing debris

If the tenants do not comply with the basic lawn care requirements in our lease, then TouchPoint will take over lawn Care at the expense of the tenant to avoid any HOA or municipality violations or compliance issues.

Any lawn care that is considered above and beyond basic is the owner's responsibility.

For example, only where necessary:

• High-end landscaping, bush or tree trimming or removal
