- 90 days prior to your lease end date, our team will review the option of renewing your lease for another 12 Month Term.
- 70 days prior to your lease end date, a member of our team will reach out to you by email with your lease renewal options.
- 60 days prior to your lease end date, you must let our team know in writing if you plan on renewing your lease or terminating and moving out. If you accept the offer to renew, a new lease will be emailed to you for signing online.
- Please read your new lease agreement thoroughly. Changes are often made to leases, so it's important to understand everything before signing. Once signed, you'll be accountable for all the terms and conditions in the lease.
- You will also need to submit a copy of the updated renter's insurance policy. Remember, if your insurance expires at any point, our system will automatically include you in our policy, which costs $16.00 per month. (subject to change)
If lease Renewal is not an option:
- 60-70 days prior to your lease end date, our team will email you a Move-Out Procedure Guide, which will explain and document every step that must be taken to ensure a stress-free move-out process.
