Around the middle of your lease, typically between the 6th and 9th months, we will notify you 24 hours in advance to schedule a property evaluation. A team member will come to perform an interior and exterior assessment of the property, which usually takes 15 to 30 minutes.
Our responsibility to the property owner includes documenting any lease compliance or maintenance issues. Additionally, we strive to ensure the property is in good working order for your use.
We can inspect the property whether you are at home or away.
If a minor under the age of 18 is present, there must also be an adult over the age of 18 at the property during our visit.
As previously stated, we will provide at least 24 hours' advance notice. If we cannot access the property at the scheduled time for any reason, "Denial of Access" penalty fees, as specified in your lease, will be applied to your account.
