- If the issue cannot be resolved over the phone, we create a work order and dispatch qualified repair vendors to troubleshoot and fix the problem. You will receive email notifications about the work order, and we will follow up with you once the situation is under control.

- Our vendors assess the cause of the problem and determine if it is normal wear and tear (owner's responsibility) or tenant misuse/neglect (tenant's responsibility) based on our lease agreement. For repairs exceeding $500, we will present a remediation plan for your approval before proceeding.
- Once repairs are completed, we cover the vendor's payment from your rental proceeds, or we may request payment through your online owner portal. This portal provides 24/7 access to inspection reports, financial reports, and invoices for your review.
