Here is what we need from you to begin the Property On-Boarding Process:


Step 1: Sign the Property Management Agreement:

You will receive the Property Management Agreement via email for electronic review and signature. Please review the document carefully and complete the digital signature process online.

If you have any questions about the agreement, simply reply to the email. We will either respond promptly with clarification or schedule a brief call to review anything you would like to discuss.


Step 2: Complete the IRS Tax Form W-9

The IRS W-9 form is included within your Property Management Agreement for convenience.

The IRS requires our firm to issue a 1099 at year-end reporting the rental income collected on your behalf. Completing the W-9 ensures we have the correct legal name, Social Security number, or tax identification number on file, so your 1099 is issued accurately and without delay.

Providing this information upfront helps prevent year-end corrections and keeps your tax reporting clean and compliant.
